About privacy policy
At VRSeeds, our apps are designed for the whole family, including young children with parent supervision. We take privacy seriously at VRSeeds and this policy is designed to share what information we collect and how we use it.
VRSeeds may change or update the Privacy Policy at any time as we add new or different features, or as the law changes. Unless another date is given, the changes are effective upon posting. Thus, you should review the Privacy Policy frequently. This Privacy Policy is also part of the Terms of Service that explain your rights and responsibilities and VRSeeds when using our services and sites. Information we collect
VRSeeds takes many precautions to protect the online privacy of children. Whenever we refer to “children” in this Privacy Policy, we mean children under the age of 13. Please help us in protecting children’s privacy by instructing them to never provide any personal information (full name, email address, home address, phone number, etc.) without your permission.
Currently, VRSeeds does not knowingly collect any personal information from children or within the child-directed portions of our Platforms except as otherwise outlined in this Privacy Policy. If we were to collect and store personal information from children, we would obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian before such collection, unless the collection of information falls within an exception that is permitted under COPPA.
In our Apps directed to children users, we collect information which includes persistent identifiers such as a device identifier (“device ID”) or adavertasing id (“Advertising ID”). This information is collected solely for the purpose of providing functionality and support for our internal operations and optimizing our users’ game experience.
VRSeeds does not permit behaviorally-targeted advertising to children in the Apps or in the Platforms where we have actual knowledge that the user is under the age of 13.

We comply with the California Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.
Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
We never collect or maintain information at our website from anyone, including those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.

We may include links to third parties from our website or services. VRSeeds isn’t responsible for these companies and including a link to them doesn’t mean that VRSeeds endorses them. So be sure to check their privacy policies if you decide to visit them. And remember, your use of VRSeeds sites and services may also be subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policies of other services that VRSeeds doesn’t control such as mobile application stores, mobile software platforms, online social media sites, or payment processors.
Data Retention
User data is retained as long as it is necessary to provide the service. Data is deleted from our records when it is no longer needed within a reasonable time frame. You may request that your data be removed from our servers by contacting vrseeds@gmail.eu.
